SUMMARY
These bliss balls combines two of our favourite products and are a delicious, healthy and chocolatey way to boost your afternoon.
Ingredients
8 x medjool dates, pitted
1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Cacao Coconut Granola
1/2 cup Keto Paleo Granola
1 tbs honey
Juice from 1/2 an orange
1 tsp vanilla
Desiccated coconut for rolling the balls in
Method
- Combine all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut in to a food processor and blitz until well combined and slightly sticky.
- Wet hands and form into small balls (a bit smaller than a golf ball) and then roll them in the desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
