The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet. Consume 1 sachet (5g), 30 minutes before meals, 3 times a day:
1) Pour 200ml cold water into your exante shaker or glass, add contents of the sachet, shake or stir well.
2) Allow to sit for 1 minute and then drink it all immediately.
3) Follow with a second glass of water.

Bought both flavours of these , been taking for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs, so so happy with this result so far, being in menopause has increased my weight and I’ve struggled to loose any at all, feel more energetic and loosing the 4kbs has gave me some confidence back, I regularly walk my cockapoo every day but now I feel great in myself

I purchased the slender sip Raspberry/Lemonade, after reading the reviews. And I must say they are tasty, and a fab filling build up before each meal I like Cherries, and have just ordered the cherry slender sip, to compare.

This is probably my favourite of the two slender sips, not keen on the cherry one as much. I prefer to drink straight away though as not keen on the consistency when it thickens up. however I have noticed this makes me more gassy when I have these.

I tried to find a review on this product but struggled to find one so thought id post one. I find this drink very tasty and refreshing and it has really helped me to feel satisfied in-between my calorie controlled Exante diet.
