Very concerned
Exante PLEASE just listen to your customers...we want the choice from you..bring back the original, why replace a very nice product with something that most of us won't buy... I will not be replacing a meal with a shake that tastes and feels horrid to drink. I have been a customer for years and your product is part of my every day routine, I am very concerned now as to what I do with my diet..

The new recipe shakes, in my opinion, are not as good as the old recipe which were a firm favourite of mine. I find the new recipe shakes much sweeter than the old recipe shakes and find that they cause discomfort/wind and gave me a sore stomach. Would not purchase these again and have stopped using them.

Have been using Exante shakes on and off for a few years with fantastic results - but the changes made to the recipes of latest shakes, all flavours, are not good. They don’t mix as well as the previous ones they are very lumpy, and the flavours are terrible they taste “false”. Sorry Exante but this latest order will be my last and I will be looking elsewhere unless you revert to previous recipes

I'm a new customer so I don't know if the old recipe was better or not, but I find the strawberry shake delicious. It smells like strawberries and taste like strawberries. I blend it with frozen fruits and coconut milk. What a delicious meal!

These new low sugar shakes are very gritty even after blending and using ice. They have a artificial taste to them and leave an after taste in your mouth. Way too sweet and are now a thicker consistency. I’ve been buying the shakes for years but I will not be buying any of the low sugar ones again. I get offering a low sugar alternative for those that want them but exante you really should have kept your original shakes especially the almond and vanilla. It’s called given your loyal customers a choice.

Like everyone else, finding the new shakes very sweet and gritty. I put mine in a blender and there is still a grit in it. Ut very filling! I do had frozen berries to mine and it fills you up for a least 3 hours. And I am one of those who is always hungry!

There’s no Strawberry pacs. New ones unpalatable. You can’t just update flavours when we are used to the originals. Going over to LighterLife.

Sorry I do not like these new mealpacs. They are far too thick and grainy to swallow. I use these because I am diabetic. Where are the strawberry ones. You can’t just stop producing what we are used to.
