Different, but ok
So I’ve been ordering the original chocolate shakes for like 2 years? And then it went out of stock for I don’t even know how long. So when a I saw it back again, I jumped at it and bought enough pouches to see me through the apocalypse! But, there is a change in taste. And not for the better. Something is different, and I can’t quite put my finger on it, like they’ve used sweetener in it or something? I’m not saying they have but just a change in taste like that. But it’s ok. Still better than the low sugar one and I’ll still buy it, but there is a change.

I mixed in my blender ,with some crushed ice as I always do. It was a pale colour and the ice had gathered in clumps. There was a layer of gritty powder at the bottom of the glass. Couldn't taste any chocolate either. I have contacted Customer Service twice now. I ordered in August and use by date is October 22. Won't be buying anymore from this company.

Was worried after reading reviews about how the shakes were doing to blend. Haven’t had any issues, just using a simple shaker bottle and they’ve blended easy no lumps. Tastes pretty good for a water shake.

I purchased the chocolate shakes back in April, I must admit I thought it was an awful batch so chucked it, looking at the reviews it seems a common problem. Don't order the chocolate anymore because of it. Needs a whole new product recall as something isn't right with it.

Same issue as everyone else, this product is now plant based (says in small writing on back) and has a gritty residue and different taste now. Will not be purchasing again.

I’ve been buying this product for years it’s normally amazing great taste and I rely on it for my breakfast, however lately something is off with the powder looks funny, smells awful, tastes awful and when blended had bits in it. This has happened a couple of times in between having good bags so I’m not sure what’s happening but it doesn’t give me any faith to continue with this product until exante sorts the issue out
