Love Exante and this really works!
As always very prompt service with order arriving swiftly. I’m now on my second 4 week diet plan box which contains a good mix of items and the weight loss is real and keeping me on track to meet my target. Oh and who knew about the Creamy Coconut Shake - not had that one before and it immediately goes to the top of my most loved list!

Delivery was quick and well packaged. Mainly shakes in the box, would have preferred more meal replacement bars. However good variety of different shake flavours to try. Not sure I would order the 4 week plan again due to the number of shakes included. Lost 6 1/2 lbs in the first week. I haven’t felt hungry so far by having a shake for breakfast, bar for lunch and a 400 calorie meal in the evening.

Rubbish selection. Mostly shakes. 9 strawberry bars and 8 lemon bars. Only 5 actual “meals”. First box I got was great all different things!! This one is absolute rubbish

Only items i like from this box is some of the shakes, porridge is watery and tasteless same as soups and snack bars. Downside is you can't pick your own items.

I absolutely am in love with this box All the flavours of shakes are great and all the other items taste great The improvement in the exhante diet with no restrictions on food allows me to loose weight with eating healthier I lost an amazing 6lb in first week I want to loose weight for my wedding day and 60th Birthday in September

Bought the box because it was good price but I was a bit disappointed with it because there was not enough main meals just shakes. The shakes are all nice flavours and quite thick.

Easy to make shakes Nice pancakes Would have been nice to have more savoury options and be able to swap somethings I am not a lover of coffee Water intake needs to be quadrupled in my opinion stomach issues are easy to happen
